What it does on the nose
The skin of the nose is thick at the tip and thin over the bridge, so the clinician sets the depth zone by zone with the small tip. Pores refine and the surface evens over the three months after the course as collagen rebuilds. Morpheus8 does not change the shape of the nose or treat the visible blood vessels of rosacea, which need a different treatment, and the clinician says which at the free consultation.
The evidence
The device is FDA-cleared in the US for dermatological procedures needing coagulation or contraction of soft tissue. No published study measures the nose alone, and we say so; the 2025 safety study of the forehead, eye, mouth and jawline zones showed no pigment change, scarring or prolonged redness.
Who it suits, and the session

At the higher energy levels the device is cleared in the US for skin types I to IV; darker skin is treated at lower settings.
